Hello dancers! We have some serious fun on the horizon so read closely.... First off I want to remind you we are electing new board members on September 12th. We need some new people to step up and lead this group for the next year. Attached is a packet with information, please look it over. Also that night we'll have a membership meeting. So all you members, the fun starts at 6:30 PM in the basement. Come pick your leadership and hear about how we've been doing!
THIS WEEK
Sunday night our favorite DJ Ronnie Choy is back! He's excited to play for you, and you should be excited to dance for him. If not, you clearly don't know what you're missing. Don't be late, it's going to be a very fun evening.

August we're back running at full speed with another round of Advanced East Coast. It's going to be a great month of classes, here's the lineup:
Upstairs:
6:30 - Beginner Swing I
7:15 - Beginner Swing II
Downstairs:
6:30 - Intermediate Lindy Hop
7:15 - Advanced East Coast
OTHER CLASSES
Monday nights - Lindy Bombers classes run every week at Morningstar Community Church! Dedicated to improving your Lindy Hop, we have beginner and intermediate classes at 7:30 PM, and a rotating taster class at 8:30 PM. This month is solo movement! Wednesday nights - 8 PM is the "Swing Grab Bag" class at Old Town Ballroom. Could be dips, could be flashy moves, could be a chicken sandwich, you'll have to show up to find out....

September 7th - Lindy Hop Tuesdays at OTB are throwing a dance! Running from 8:30 - 11:00 PM you can get in for just $6, or get the class that night and the dance for only $9!
