WSDS Weekly 12/29/11

Hello dancers! 

Happy New Year!  Swing into 2012 with plenty of dancing fun.  Join us at 6:30 pm for one of the series classes.  Your choices are Beginning Lindy Hop or West Coast Swing taught by Swing Dance Hall of Famer, Harry Reese. 

Don't forget with a series class you can not join in the middle of the month.  So start the new year with a class to keep you in step.

Registration for Sunflower Swing 2012 opens January 5th.  Be one of the first 12 people to get the early bird special of $60.  Go to www.sunflowerswing.com for registration and detailed information.  Save the date June 22-24, 2012.

Ho Ho Ho dancers! 

 

Merry Christmas.  Instead of dancing this Sunday, we will be celebrating Christmas with family and friends.

 

New Year's Day we are open for business!  Starts the year with one of our series class options.  Harry Reese will be our instructor for West Coast swing.

 

Registration for Sunflower Swing 2012 goes live on January 5^th.  Be one of the first 12 people to get the early bird special of $60.  Save the date June 22-24, 2012.

Come out this Sunday it is the last dance this year.  Share a dance and wish Merry Christmas to your friends.  Another reason to celebrate is the December birthday jam.

WSDS Weekly 12-8-11

Hello dancers! 

 

Thank you to those who came out to support the Festival of Trees event.  Goodwill Industries thanked us for our contribution to their event.

 

Another big THANKS to those who came to the Christmas party.  The band sounded great, people were full of good cheer and best of all the dancing was fantastic. 

 

The silent auction was a success.  Let me personally extend my gratitude to those that participated whether a donation, a bid or both.  The event raised almost $300 to go toward Sunflower Swing 2012.  Mark your calendars for June 22^nd -24^th 2012.  Follow Sunflower Swing on Facebook.
