Hello dancers!
Wow, Sunflower Swing was fantastic! Thank you to those who attended, volunteered, and opened their homes to make this one of the best yet. A special thank you to my fellow board members Megan Pfeiffer, Evan Borst, Sonya Atencio, Corina Tillman, Chelsea Rothschild, and Marshall Warren for their hard work to make it successful.
Interested in being on the board? The WSDS 2012-2013 board elections will take place on July 29th. See the requirement in the election packet attached to this email. Your self-nomination form with contact information, photo and election speech stating what the nominee has to offer the society must be submitted to the front table or emailed to Sylvia Dalton by July 15, 2012. The election ballot of candidates will be published by July 22, 2012. The election will take place at our board meeting July 29, 2012 at 6:30 PM.
This Sunday is the start of our series classes of Beginning Lindy Hop and Intermediate Lindy Hop. You might want to get to the studio a few minutes early to beat the rush. Drop in on the East Coast Swing class at 7:30 PM before the dance starts at 8 PM.

OTHER CLASSES
