Next Month's Classes: Beginning Lindy 6:30-7:30 Intermediate Lindy Hop 6:30-7:30 Intro To Swing 7:30-8:00 Upcoming Events: We will have our November Birthday Jam on Sunday, November 30th. If your birthday is in November, don't miss it! A special steals class will also be given at 6:30 on Nov 30th.  I am sure that you have seen John and Isaiah jump in and steal partners from each other. They are most certainly fun to watch. You can learn some of their moves. The price will be $6 for non members and $4 for members.  Travel Opportunities: If you're looking to meet more dancers and skyrocket your skills, there's no better way to do it than by traveling to some regional events! 'Tis the season for dancing in the Midwest. Check it out: Austin Lindy Exchange in Austin, TX, November 21-23 Homework Watch this and try and steal a move or two. Julie Brown and Shawn Hershey have great solo movement to compliment their partnered dancing. It is as if they are having a conversation, listening and speaking in turn. These kind of dances are the best kind of dances. Favorite music This week's song is Billie's Blues by Billie Holliday. Not all blues need to be slow.
