I want to personally thank everyone who came to dance last Sunday. What a great night!! Your attendance is what makes nights like Sunday so energetic and enjoyable - not to mention helping to offset the cost of a band. Here are some photos of the fun captured by various dancers: For many, many more pictures, check out the Facebook album, and be sure to like the page if you want to be notified of new photos being posted in the future. So, the reason I'm recapping last Sunday in the editor's note instead of in the news is because I'd really like to hear your feedback about it. Did you like Nouveau Quintette (the band)? Did you like Robin Macy (the singer)? Would you like us to bring them back? Are there other local swing bands you'd like to see us bring in? What else can we do with band nights to make them worth your while? Got thoughts? Email me. Chelsea Rothschild | | | | | | | | Your board of directors is already planning for Sunflower Swing 2014.
